Only 4 mile from the Airport the beautiful loma verde complex in the heart of Puerto del Carmen Lanzarote is the host to 225 apartments with 1 and 2 bedrooms. The loma verde town houses and apartments were designed by Lanzarote born and world renowned architect Cesar Manrique. Manrique's home itself is on the Island consisting of a 3000 sq metre plot built on the Lanzarote eruptions of the 18th Century.

Loma Verde complex is located above the Old Town in the area of Los Majones and offers some fantastic views out to the Atlantic Ocean. The whole complex was recently refurbished in June 2007 and has all the facilities one could need while relaxing on holiday.

The Sea is only a short distance away from the apartments (approx 700m) and walking there takes only 5 minutes. Shops, restaurants, supertmarkets and bars are plentiful around the apartments and all within walking distance. The area also offers several nightclubs.
