This apartment in Puerto del Carmen Lanzarote is situated on the ground floor of the loma verde complex directly in front of the children's pool and the main pool, having the advantage of a south facing terrace 17sq metres to catch the sunshine all day long. The terrace comes equipped with table, chairs, and sun loungers to soak up the beautiful all year round weather that Puerto del Carmen & Lanzarote offers. There is also a BBQ area for those relaxing evening meals on the terrace.

The apartment has been fully refurbished and re-decorated throughout in a tasteful modern style, consisting of a new kitchen with halogen hob, stainless steel oven, granite work surfaces, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and chrome fixtures.

There is a good size open plan lounge/dining area with a large modern sofa that converts into a double bed and satellite TV that has a variety of English channels.

     

The apartment has one bedroom with 2 single beds and plenty of wardrobe space, a chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, safe, and hair dryer. The bathroom is fully tiled and comprises of a bath with overhead shower, sink unit with granite surround, vanity mirror and toilet. There is also an enclosed utility room with washing machine, iron, ironing board and extra storage space for cases etc.

    
The apartment sleeps 2 to 4 with twin beds and double pull out sofa.

There is a weekly maid service at our apartment that will ensure it is in perfect condition with new linen, towels and a 'Hospitality Welcome Pack' upon arrival.

At your request we can also arrange extras for special occasions for example a bottle of Champagne or Flowers. Inform us when making your booking.
